Director of Hydraulic Services

As an experienced senior hydraulic services design drafter with solid experience across building hydraulics Sean has excellent communication and CAD skills, paralleled with strong technical knowledge of local and Standards Australia codes of practice.

Throughout his career Sean has worked on a diverse range of projects including large scale commercial, retail, high rise, residential, government, hospitals and also infrastructure.

Sean has demonstrated skills in client facing roles both internal and external, detailed services co-ordination, site inspections during construction, sustainable engineering practices, design of gas, hot and cold water reticulation, fire hydrants and hose reel services, sanitary plumbing and above ground stormwater systems.

Project experience includes:

  • Warringah Mall Shopping Centre Redevelopment, Condamine Street and Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale - Workshop hot and warm water design to all amenities, cold water to all tenancies and common areas, roof drainage and rainwater reuse connected to the site stormwater system sanitary drainage connected to the site sewerage system, trade waste drainage system connecting to the DAF unit, gas service supply to tenancies, plant and equipment, fire hydrant and fire hose reel services connecting to the existing site systems, Revit modelling and clash free coordination with other disciplines.
  • Killarney Vale Retirement Village, Cnr Wyong Road and Cornish Avenue, Killarney Vale Floor plan indicating hydraulic services duct locations, space requirements for pump rooms, hydraulic service risers and hot water plant, hot, warm & cold water design to all fixtures, sewer & sanitary system to all fixtures, water reticulation connected to the Authority supply, gas service to all appliances within all apartments, fire hydrant services design, roof water connecting to the site stormwater system.
  • Abel Tasman Retirement Village, 222 Waldron Road, Chester Hill Fire and hydraulic services design & specifications.
  • University of Newcastle, Maths Building Refurbishment - Floor plan indicating hydraulic services duct locations, cold water design to all fixtures, sewer & sanitary system to all fixtures, water reticulation connected to the existing site supply, roof water calculations and drainage to suit the new roof layout, review of the drainage and water supply to the revised amenity upgrade.
  • John Moroney Correctional Centre - Hot, warm and cold water design to all fixtures, roof drainage off the new building to the site stormwater system, sewer and sanitary system connected to the site sewerage system, water reticulation connected to the existing building water service, gas service supply connecting to the site service, fire hydrant and fire hose reel services, peer review report, fire hydrant infrastructure investigation and report.
  • George Weston Foods, 18 Pacific Highway, Charmhaven - Hydraulic design and documentation of commercial upgrade, trade waste design.
